US citizens do not need a visa for Monaco, France, Italy, Croatia, or Greece for stays under 90 days. The EU's ETIAS travel authorization may be required starting 2026 — check travel-europe.europa.eu/etias before departure. Ensure passports are valid for at least 6 months beyond June 28, 2026.
Currency & Payments
All destinations use the Euro (€). Credit cards are universally accepted at your level of hotels and restaurants. Amex is widely accepted in Monaco and major cities but carry a Visa/Mastercard backup for smaller establishments. Notify your bank of all travel dates.
